What this covers
This policy describes information handled on the Procurexa marketing site, demo requests, and the preview portal. It is written for operators evaluating the platform — not as a substitute for a signed customer agreement.
Information we collect
When you request a demo or send a message, we collect the name, work email, company, phone number, and product interest you submit.
The site also collects standard technical data such as browser type, pages viewed, and referring URL, used to keep the service reliable and to understand which product pages are useful.
How we use it
We use contact details to respond to your request, schedule a walkthrough, and share follow-up material you asked for. We do not sell personal information.
Preview portal credentials you enter locally stay in your browser session for this demonstration and are not stored as a production identity provider.
Sharing
Messages may be routed to the specialist team that can help — including implementation partners when you ask to become a partner. You can reach us at sales@procurexa.com to update or delete a request.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept long enough to complete the conversation and any follow-on evaluation, then removed or archived according to our internal retention schedule.
